Cancellation Policy
Same-day cancellation/Same-day reschedule/no-shows will result in 75% of the services booked. 3 no-shows/same-day cancellations/same-day resechule in 6mo period will result in same-day text appointment scheduling only. Waxing Moon offers a 9 minute grace period; if you run past that period, your appointment will be charged as a no-show. Cancellations without 24hr notice, no-shows & same-day reschedule are considered the same. Any inappropriate advances or touching will result in the service being terminated and a 100% charge and/or assault charges. Cancellations due to possible COVID or FLU symptoms will require proof of COVID OR FLU test to avoid cancellation fee. Menstrual cycle is NOT an excuse for skipping your appointment, as you can still be waxed on your period as long as you have a clean tampon or a menstrual cup in!
